I’m Alexandra Feliciano, a passionate Employee Engagement and Talent Retention Consultant.

I’m a proud Latina and “jibarita” who was born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico and relocated to the vibrant city of Memphis, TN, in 2020.

From a young age, I was fascinated by the power of human connections and the impact they have on our professional and personal lives. My journey in Human Resources began in 2004 as a student and member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), driven by the desire to serve, inspire, and develop others.

Beyond my professional life, I am a proud wife and mom who loves spending quality time with my family. I am also deeply passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion.

Having experienced different cultures and environments, I understand the beauty and strength that diversity brings to any community.

I’m a lifelong learner and an advocate for service. I believe in the power of collaboration and the magic that happens when people from different backgrounds come together with a common goal.
